Will my router work with Neptune Internet?

Yes, if your router supports automatic IP configuration with DHCP. If your router is currently configured for PPPoE, please follow this help center article to set it up in DHCP mode.

Do you have IPv6 support?

Yes, absolutely! We support both DHCPv6 and DHCPv6-PD, and we provide a generous /48 IPv6 allocation to our subscribers.

Do you use CGNAT or provide a Static IP address?

We offer static IPv4 addresses to our subscribers free of charge, subject to availability. Connect now and secure your static IP address for free at Neptune Internet. While we may introduce a small monthly fee to support our APNIC membership, there are no plans to do so currently.

How do you handle monitoring and service health?

We automatically monitor all subscribers' connections and provide proactive notifications if we detect an issue. You can check the health status of your service in your subscription management portal, where you can also run health checks and perform initial diagnostics as part of our self-service options.

Is there anything else to consider?

Each subscription includes up to two free WireGuard VPN tunnels, Atmosphere Ad Blocker, and access to a web firewall to secure your connection.
